The Agency will provide the Services as agreed upon by both parties.
The Agency will provide the Services in a timely manner, and in accordance with applicable laws.
The Agency will not be liable for any damages resulting from the Client’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The Client will pay the Agency for the Services in full prior to the commencement of the Services.
Any additional fees or expenses incurred by the Agency in the course of providing the Services will be invoiced to the Client and payable upon receipt.
This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice.
Upon termination, all payments due to the Agency must be paid in full.
The Agency makes no warranties or representations regarding the Services, and all Services are provided “as is”.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
